Wholesale discounts allowed presume payment in 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If payment is not made in 120 days, all discounts will be forfeited and collection of full retail,
plus attorney fes will be persued. If the invoice is paid within 30 days, returns in
exchange for other product will be allowed. If pre-authorized. If returned without autorization
a restocking fee equal to 10% retail value will be charged. Returned items must e in marketable
condition, and must be items still in Wellspring's catalogue. Standard discounts are 40%, unless otherwise indiecated in catalogue. Orders less than $50.00 minimum are eligible only for a 30% discount. | |
